The 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Course (City & Guilds 2382-22) provides a comprehensive understanding of BS 7671:2018+A3:2024, incorporating the latest Amendment 3. City & Guilds 2391-50 Initial Verification
The City & Guilds 2391-50 qualification focuses specifically on the initial verification of newly installed electrical systems. You will learn how to inspect, test, and certify new installations by issuing Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs). This is the qualification you need if you only require initial verification competence rather than the combined 2391-52.

City & Guilds 2391-51 Periodic Inspection & Testing
The City & Guilds 2391-51 qualification covers the periodic inspection and testing of existing electrical installations. You will learn to conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), apply condition codes (C1, C2, C3, FI), and identify deterioration or non-compliance in older systems. City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing
The City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing qualification is the combined initial verification and periodic inspection course. This qualification enables you to inspect, test, and certify both new and existing electrical installations to BS 7671 standards. It covers dead testing, live testing, documentation, and certification procedures including EICs, EICRs, and Minor Works Certificates.

Level 3 Part P Building Regulations Electrical Course

City & Guilds 2377 Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
The City & Guilds 2377 PAT Testing course teaches you how to safely inspect and test portable electrical appliances in workplaces and rental properties. Upon completion you can offer PAT testing services commercially.

Upon completion, you can sit your AM2 assessment and apply for the ECS Gold Card.

City & Guilds 2357 Level 3 NVQ Electrical Installation
The City & Guilds 2357 Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation is designed for electricians who have completed their Level 2 and Level 3 2365 Diplomas, hold 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing qualifications, but have under 5 years of experience. This workplace-based qualification requires you to be currently employed in the electrical industry, with your employer providing the on-site evidence opportunities. Upon completion, you can progress to the AM2 assessment and apply for the ECS Gold Card.

Study the advanced theory online at your own pace with tutor support, then complete practical assessments at our Cheshunt centre. Theory is delivered through our online learning platform with tutor support. The official City & Guilds exam is taken in person at our Cheshunt training centre.
